SeaMonster is a CMOS-based 8 step multi function sequencer. It is a work in progress project, with working prototypes in use already. It can be used as a wavetable oscillator, and also as a multiplexer/demultiplexer for audio and control voltages. It is able to work at a very wide variety of clock rates ranging from very slow sequences (0.005 Hz) to wavetable rates (>40,000 Hz)
I built the first prototype of SeaMonster in 2017. The panel is made from brass offcuts from my local industrial metal supplier, and has been sized to fit a 34HP Eurorack space. The first prototype of Seamonster has been constructed entirely on a single perfboard, but does not use the stage by stage buffering called for in the SeaMonster schematics.
